Florentine Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 10 oz thawed spinach (chopped)
  • 2 jars (6 oz each) marinated artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 3 lg cloves garlic (chopped fine)
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 1/2 packs of cream cheese (room temp)
  • 2 TBSP lemon juice
  • 1 cup grated parmesan or ramano cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 375.
drain spinach, put between paper towels
drain and chop artichoke hearts
combine spinach and a. hearts and add next 4 ingredients
stir
spoon into 11 x 7 in lightly greased baking dish
sprinkle with bread crumbs
bake 375 for 25 mins
