- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint, plus mint sprigs for garnish
- 6 good quality black tea bags
- Good quality bourbon, to taste
Cranberry Apple Raisin Crisp

Heat the oven to 375 degrees F
- 1/2 c old fashioned oats
- 1/2 c plus 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 c dark brown sugar
- 5 1/2 tbsp cold butter, cut into 1/4" pieces
- 1 12 oz. package cranberries, about 3 cups
- 2 golden delicious apples, peeled, cored and cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1/2 c raisins
- 3/4 c granulated sugar
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1/2 c orange juice
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
Avocado Feta Dip

Almost Famous Rosemary Bread

Stir the yeast, sugar and 1/4 c warm water in a large bowl
- 1 1/4 oz. packet active dry yeast
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp EVOO plus more for brushing and serving
- 2 1/2 c all purpose flour plus more for dusting
- 2 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- Freshly ground pepper
Chicken Tequila Tailgate Sandwiches

Layer two 15" sheets of heavy duty foil and fold them together around the edges to create one sheet
- 1/4 c EVOO
- 1 c julienned red onion
- 1 tbsp minced jalepeno pepper
- 1/2 c julienned roasted red bell pepper
- 1 rotisserie chicken, skin removed and meat shredded

Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat until hot
- Crust:
- 1 15 oz. package Pillsbury pie crust
- Filling:
- 1 tsp olive oil or vegetable oil
- 4 c packed chopped fresh spinach
- 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 c ricotta cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- Dash pepper

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
