Grate potatoes and onions on a large-hole grater
- 8 medium potatoes, peeled
- 1 medium onion
- Lemon juice
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/8 cup melted butter
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Watercress, to garnish
- Caviar, to garnish
- Applesauce, for garnish
- Creme fraiche, for garnish
Chewy Toffee Bars

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
- 2 1/4 c packed light brown sugar
- 2 c all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 c pecans, chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c toffee pieces
Tequila Lime Chicken Wings

- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar
- 2 tsp cornstarch

- 8 skinless chicken drumsticks
- 3/4 tsp freshly ground pepper, divided
- 1 c fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 c peeled and sliced kiwi fruit
- 1 c halved fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Mini Ham Sandwiches

- Sauce:

- 3tbsp3 tbsp flour
- 2c2 c hot milk
- Salt
- Nutmeg - pinch
- Gruyere - grated, 12 oz or Swiss Cheese
- 1/2c1/2 c parmesan cheese
- Hawaiian sweet rolls, sliced
- Dijon mustard

Stir-Fried Noodles with Chicken, Mushrooms and Green Beans

Soak the rice noodles as directed on the package
- 4 oz. rice noodles
- Kosher salt
- 4 oz. green beans, cut on a diagonal, 1/4" thick
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, half, cut in half and then in 1/4" slices
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp minced fresh red or green serrano chile
- 2 oz. white or cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp chicken broth
- 1/4 c roughly chopped fresh basil
- 2 tbsp roughly chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 lime, cut into wedges

Chicken with Rosemary and Red Bell Peppers

Season chicken with sea salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 tsp Sicilian Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Coarse Grind Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 c coarsely chopped pancetta
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into short thin strips
- 1/2 c thinly sliced shallots
- 2 tbsp grated lemon peel
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp crushed rosemary
- 1/2 c dry white wine
- 1 c chicken broth
- 4 tsp flour
- 1/4 c pitted green olives, quartered
Philly Cheesesteak Pizza

Place a pizza stone in oven and preheat to 500 degrees F
- 8 oz. flank steak, halved lengthwise
- 1 tsp black pepper, divided
- Cooking spray
- 12 oz. refrigerated fresh pizza dough
- 1 tbsp cornmeal
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 1/3 c vertically sliced onion
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 orange pepper, cut into strips
- 5 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 c low fat milk
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
Eggplant Parmesan Bruschetta
