- 9 ounces all-purpose flour (about 2 cups)
- 3.4 ounces whole-wheat pastry flour (about 3/4 cup)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
