Saute garlic and onion. Add potatoes, celery, carrots and stir a few minutes
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1-2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 lg. diced onion
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced carrots
- 1 c. sliced zucchini
- 1 c. green beans
- 4 c. beef or chicken broth
- 2 c. peeled tomatoes
- 1 can cannellini or northern beans
- 1/2 lb. sm. shell pasta
- Chopped parsley & basil
- Fresh ground pepper
Lemon Drop Cupcakes

1. Allow butter and eggs to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup limoncello (Italian lemon liqueur) or milk
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon finely shredded lemon peel
- 1 recipe Lemon Frosting
- 1/2 cup lemon drop candies, finely crushed, or Glazed Lemon Slices

- 4 cups heavy cream
- 1/8 tablespoon salt
- 6 yolks
- 1/2 cup plus 1/2 tablespoon sugar

- 1/4 tablespoons freshly grated orange rind
Apple-Raspberry Crisp

- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 5 large Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored and thinly sliced

- 4 El brauner Rum
- 80 g Zartbitterschokolade
- 200 ml Milch
- 150 ml Schlagsahne
- 100 g Walnusskerne
- 1 Tl Zimt, gemahlen
- 80 g Zucker
- 100 g Mehl
- 1 Ei, Kl. M
- 20 g Butter
- 4 Tl Öl
Peppermint White Hot Chocolate

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the white chocolate and heavy cream
- 8 oz white chocolate
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Peppermint candy and whipped cream or marshmallows, to finish
Cranberry Mint Infusion

In a small bowl, pour 4 cups of boiling water over mint leaves
- 4 cups water, boiling hot
- 2 cups fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 12 tablespoons limoncello, to serve
- 24 tablespoons vodka, to serve
- 6 teaspoons lemon juice, to serve
Arugula, Fennel, and Apricot Salad
