- 3/4 lb beef
- 1/2 c white wine
- 2 c canned tomatoes
- 1/3 c parmigiana
- 1 t oregano

- 8 oz spinach lazana noodles cooked
- brown and drain:
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 chopped onion
- Add:
- 2 cans (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 t oregano
- Cheese mix:
- combine;
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1/4 c sour cream
- 1 c cottage cheese
- 3 chopped green onions
- 1 t salt and pepper to taste
