Ingredients
- 3/4 c margarine
- 2 c frozen or fresh cranberries
- 1&1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 c cranberry or orange juice
- 1 c flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 6 eggs
- 1 c bittersweet chocolate
- 1/3 c semi sweet chocolate
- 1/4 t orange zest

Preparation
Step 1
Simmer cranberries, 1/4 c sugar & juice for 5 minutes.
Strain/cool/reserve 1/4 c juice.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt. Set aside.
Beat 1 c sugar with butter till fluffy. Add 3 eggs, beat, add melted chocolate, beat.
Fold flour mixture in butter mix. Spread into 9 x 13 greased pan. Spoon cranberry mix overtop.
Beat cream cheese with remaining sugar till fluffy. Add remaining eggs, beat. Add orange zest and reserved cranberry juice, beat. Pour over chocolate and cranberries in pan. Gently swirl mixture with knife.
Bake 350 for 40 to 45 minutes.
