1. Place the first 7 ingredients in a food processor and pulse to combine
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup old fashined oats
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cut into pieces
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
