- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter-softened

- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1-2 tablespoon flour
- 5 oz white chocolate-chopped

Break the eggs into a cold, heavy-based pan, place on the lowest heat possible, and add half the butter
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons butter, diced (ice-cold)

- freshly ground sea salt and pepper (you can use regular salt if you need to)
- 3 chives, snipped (substitute with green onion if necessary)

In a blender, combine the flour, salt, milk, water, eggs, and 1 tablespoon of the butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup skim milk or almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 extra large eggs
- 7 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon

- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- Vegetable oil

1.In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to mix hot sauce, cream cheese, and The Laughing Cow Cheese wedges
- 1 cup hot sauce (I use Frank's Red Hot brand)
- 4 oz 1/3 less-fat cream cheese
- 3 wedges of The Laughing Cow Cheese (blue cheese flavored)
- 4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts (cooked and finely shredded )
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup scallions, finely chopped
- 2/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2/3 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder

1. Cut chicken into strips
- Sauce:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon dry white wine or sherry
- 2 green onions, sliced very thinly diagonally
- 3 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed chili paste
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon dry white wine or sherry
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1⁄2 tsp. sugar
- 1 3⁄4 cups flour, plus more for dusting
- 1⁄2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 oz. ramps (about 5), trimmed, stems diced and leaves cut into 2" pieces
- 1⁄8 oz. morels (about 10)
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 oz. mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Grated Parmesan, for serving
