Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Dulce de Leche, Coconut and Chocolate Chip Magic Bars

Preheat the oven to 350°
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped

This recipe for Old-Fashioned Flaky Pie Dough is preferred by pastry chefs and is very easy to prepare
- 8 ounces all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting (1 2/3 cups; 225g)
- 1/2 ounce sugar (1 tablespoon; 15g)
- 1 teaspoon Diamond Crystal kosher salt; for table salt, use half as much by volume or use the same weight (4g)
- 8 ounces unsalted butter, cold (2 sticks; 225g)
- 4 ounces cold water (1/2 cup; 115g)

Heat soy sauce in a small saucepan and dissolve the brown sugar
- SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- SHRIMP TOAST:
- 1 liter canola oil, or enough to deep-fry
- 4 slices white bread, crust cut removed and cut into 16 triangles
- 1 large clove garlic, lightly crushed with the side of a knife blade and quartered
- 1 tablespoon peeled chopped fresh ginger root
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 pound rock shrimp
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds

Chilled Peanut Chicken Noodle Salad

START THE WATER: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
- Kosher salt
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 large boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 12 ounces), sliced crosswise 1/4 inch thick
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha, or more as needed
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced (white and green parts)
- 6 ounces thin rice noodles (vermicelli)
- 1 romaine heart, thinly sliced (about 3 cups)
- 2 Persian cucumbers or 1 regular cucumber, thinly sliced (about 2 cups)
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup loosely packed roughly chopped fresh cilantro (from about 1 medium bunch)

- 1/2 cup corn (frozen, canned, or cut off the cob)
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 large avocado, sliced
- 1/3 cup crumbled goat or feta cheese
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- DRESSING:
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
