- 1 1 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4-1/2 4-1/2 4-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
Fiery Thai-Style Chicken

In a small bowl, combine fish sauce, water, soy sauce and sugar and stir well
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) fish sauce
