- 3 tsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 4 1/2 cups unbleached all purpose flour

- 1/3 cup honey
- Topping:
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup poppy seeds and 1 tbsp kosher salt (mixed together)
