Quick and Easy Homemade Ranch Dip

Whisk together all ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon finely cracked pepper
- freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste, approximately 1-3 teaspoons, adjust to taste

Once again this is a perfect recipe for two
- 2 TBS butter, softened
- 2 TBS peanut butter
- 2 TBS sugar
- 2 TBS brown sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 TBS quick oats
- 2 TBS chocolate chips
- 2 TBS m &ms (or peanut butter chips)
Barbecued Spiced Shrimp with Tomato Salad

In a blender, puree the 1/3 cup of basil leaves with the olive oil until smooth
- 1/3 cup packed basil leaves, plus extra leaves for garnish
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 1/4 teaspoons sweet smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure ancho chile powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 24 jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 3 large yellow heirloom tomatoes (1 1/2 pounds), sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 small red onion, halved and thinly sliced
