- 4 cups chopped fresh mushrooms
- 3/4 cup thinly sliced green onions (6)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon snipped fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning, crushed
- 1 9.2 ounce package quick-cooking polenta mix (1 -1/2 cups)

- 16 oz heavy cream
- Add 2 tsp of espresso powder if desired.

- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 4 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 3 to 4 tablespoons half-and-half
- 1 can Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers refrigerated biscuits (8 biscuits)
Honey Mustard Sesame Chicken

Preheat oven to 275 degrees
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tbsp chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 lbs chicken breast tenders
- Salt/pepper
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup panko
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- Vegetable oil for frying

- Filling:
- 1 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons creme de menthe (or 2 tablespoons milk, 1/2 teaspoon mint extract, and several drops of green food coloring)

- 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1 tablespoon crushed graham crackers
- Additional toppings, if desired (fresh berries, whipped cream, caramel sauce)

- 2 cinnamon sticks (3 inches)
- 1 tablespoon whole allspice
- Whipped cream, hot caramel ice cream topping and cinnamon sticks for garnish
