- 8 cups freshly popped corn
- 1 cup walnuts, toasted at 350° for 5 minutes
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Pinch of baking soda
- 1 cup dried cranberries

- 5 medium tomatoes, diced, or 3 (15-ounce) cans diced tomatoes, with their juice (5 cups)
- 2 red bell peppers, cored, seeded, and cut into ½-inch dice (2 cups)
- ½ medium red onion, finely chopped (1 cup)
- 4 small garlic cloves, roughly chopped (2 teaspoons)
- 4 teaspoons dried Mexican oregano
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 (15-ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained (3 cups)
- 3 large celery stalks, cut into ¼-inch dice (1½ cups)
- 1 green bell pepper, cored, seeded, and finely chopped (1 cup)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels
- ½ bunch kale, stemmed and roughly chopped (2 cups)
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder, or to taste
- Sea salt

- 1 1/3 C Sugar
- 1 T Karo Syrup (light)
- 2 T Water
- 1-2 Chocolate Hershey bars
Deviled Eggs

Halve 7 eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in small bowl
- 7 large eggs, hard boiled and peeled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- Salt and Pepper, for taste
- Paprika for garnishing
- Optional
- sweet gherkin pickles sliced, for garnishing

- 1 large russet potato (about ¾ pound), scrubbed and cut into ¼-inch dice (about 3 cups)
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and cut into ¼-inch dice (about 1 cup)
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 tsp salt

- 1 Bunch Romaine, torn
- 1 Cup (4oz) shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1 Cup salted cashews
- 1 medium pear, thinly sliced
- 1/2 Cup dried cranberries
- Poppy Seed Vinaigrette
- 2/3 Cup Olive oil
- 1/2 Cup sugar (I use a little less than half a cup)
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2-3 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 2 teaspoon chopped red onion
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
