A great side dish for any meal, especially in the summer
- 1 baked pie crust
- 8-10 tomatoes - sliced and peeled
- 3/4 cup light mayo
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers - crushed
- bacon bits
- fresh basil
Hot Crab Dip Recipe

In a 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker, combine the first six ingredients; stir in crab
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onion
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 can (6 ounces) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
- Assorted crackers
Italian Sausage Soup

Bring all to a boil and then simmer for 2-3 hours
- 2 lbs Italian sausage (1 hot/1 mild)
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 7 cups beef broth
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 2 cups thinly chopped carrots
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 3 tsp parsley
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1/2 cup dry red wine (optional)
- 8 oz tortellini
Pizza Dip

Someone at my Bunco group made this and it was out of this world delicious
- 2 2 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 2 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1 1 cup mayo (not low fat/fat free)
- 1 1 1 cup chopped pepperoni
- 1 1 1 cup mushroom pieces (drained)
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 6 1 6 1 6 oz can chopped olives
- 1 1 1 cup chopped green olives
Apricot Sage Dressing

Delicious alternative to regular stuffing--tastes great
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1 load bread
- 1 chopped onion
- 1-1/2 tsp dried sage
- 4 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups chicken broth
Grandma's Lemon Poppy Seed Cake Recipe

In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil; beat on low speed for 30 seconds
- DRIZZLE:
- 1 package (18-1/4 ounces) lemon cake mix
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Orange Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 14-in
- ICING:
- 1 loaf (1 pound) frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 to 3 tablespoons orange juice
Chipotle-Bacon Mac and Cheese

A little spin on a favorite side dish
- 3 t sea salt
- 1 16-oz pkg cavatappi pasta
- 2 T corn oil, divided
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 T all-purpose flour
- 3 cups half-and-half
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 t ground white pepper
- 3 cups freshly grated smoked Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup freshly grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 t ground chipotle chile pepper
- 6 cooked bacon slices, chopped
- 3/4 cup panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
Macaroni Vegetable Soup

In a Dutch oven, combine soup mixes and tomato juice
- 1 package (1.4 ounces) vegetable soup mix
- 1 envelope (.6 ounce) cream of chicken soup mix
- 2 cans (5-1/2 ounces each) spicy tomato juice
- 4 cups water
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) mixed vegetables, drained
- Dash crushed red pepper flakes
- Dash dried minced garlic
- 1/2 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
Chicken Club Casseroles Recipe

Cook pasta according to package directions
- 4 cups uncooked spiral pasta
- 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
- 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 3 cups fresh baby spinach, chopped
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
