- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- 2 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can low-sodium chicken broth (or beef broth)
- 1 t. salt
- 3 c. water
- 1 lb. spaghetti, broken in half
- 1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
