Instructions Preheat oven to 350˚F

  • Frosting for Loaf (makes a nice smooth layer went spread on the warm loaf like the Lemon Loaf at Starbuck's):

  • 1/3 cup pure honey
  • 2/3 cup Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (do NOT substitute another type of flour – it will not work!
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 to 6 tablespoons hot water
