Stir fry Almond tofu is a common and popular Chinese dessert in hot summer
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 cup of unsweetened soymilk (or milk)
- 3 ~4g of agar strips
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoons crystal sugar or more as needed
- 1 tablespoon sweet-scented osmanthus
- 1 tablespoon warm water

Instructions Heat oven to 400 F
- 4 cups blackberries
- 2 cups plums, halved, pitted (I used sugar plums)
- 4 cups sugar

- Recipe:
- 10 pasteurized egg yolks
- 1 liter of whole milk
- 5 tbsp of golden syrup
- 1 1/2 of cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup of pineapple juice
- 30 drops of pineapple aroma (but give it a taste for every 5 drops, maybe your aroma is stronger(maybe only 20 drops) or less strong (maybe 40 drops))
