Instructions Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (160C fan forced) Grease a 24cm bundt tin (or your chosen tin)
- 2 cups sultanas
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon bicarb soda
- 1/8 cup rum ( you can add more if you want it really boozy)
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 250 ml rice bran oil (or any mild flavoured oil)
- 1 cup castor sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 200 g 70% dark chocolate (I use Lindt)
- + extra for grating on top
- 200 ml coconut cream

- 4 cups chopped beets, roasted

- 1/4 cup mint, thinly sliced

- cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 14 tablespoons (1 3/4 sticks) unsalted butter, slightly softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 6 ounces good-quality white chocolate bar, chopped (not “white chocolate” chips; they’re almost always artificial. I am adamant about this.)
- 1/2 teapoon flaky sea salt (like Maldon or fleur de sel) (for sprinkling on top)

- 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate (70–72% cacao), coarsely chopped
- 5 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cups cold heavy cream
- Unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)
- A 9-inch-diameter springform pan

My Amazingly Soft & Moist Chocolate Sponge Cake

- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 ⁄3 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened, best quality available)
- 1 ⁄4 cup water
- confectioners' sugar, for dusting

- 1 ⁄2 cup salted butter
- 3 ⁄4 cup sweet onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 2 cups hot water
- 2 cups raw potatoes, cubed
- 1 quart half-and-half cream
- 3 cups frozen sweet corn
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 pinches white pepper, finely ground
- 3 tablespoons flour

Directions Preheat oven to 325F degrees
- Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 small box (4 oz.) instant lemon pudding
- 1 1/2 cups 7 Up (or similar lemon lime soda)
