- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons pecans, chopped, divided
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 container (8 ounce) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 2 packages (3.4 ounce) lemon instant pudding mix
- 2 2/3 cups milk

Mix nuts and raisins together
- 2 1/2 cups mixed nuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 1/2 TBS Crisco
- 1 package (12oz) Nestles white morsels
Baked Sweet and Sour Chicken with Fried Rice

Start by preheating your oven to 325 degrees
- The chicken coating:
- 3-4 boneless chicken breasts
- salt + pepper
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- The sweet and sour sauce:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 tbs ketchup
- 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic salt
Lemon Lemonies

Preheat oven to 350F
- Bars
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick), melted
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- pinch salt, optional and to taste
- Glaze
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/3 about 1/3 cup lemon juice, or as necessary for consistency
- 1 about 1 tablespoon lemon zest, or to taste

Directions: Place the graham crackers into the bowl of a food processor and pulse until finely ground
- Ingredients:
- 1 (14.4-oz) box chocolate graham crackers, broken into pieces
- 3-2/3 cups whole milk
- 2 (3.5-oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 (7.5-oz) jars marshmallow crème
- 1 (11.5-oz) bag milk chocolate chips
- 1 (10.5-oz) bag mini marshmallows, divided
CROCK-POT DIP

Brown meat. Drain. In crock-pot, melt cheese and add meat
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 pkg. Mexican Velvetta cheese
- 1 pkg. Monterey Jack Jalapeno cheese

- 1 - lb lean ground beef-cooked, crumbled and well drained

- 3 - cups chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 1 - lg. can (280z.) crushed tomatoes
- 1 - lg. can kidney beans.

- 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts (8 4-ounce pieces)
- 1 cup whole wheat Italian style bread crumbs
- 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 5 ounces fresh baby spinach
- 1 clove minced garlic and olive oil for sauteeing
- 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup beaten egg whites (I used something similar to Egg Beaters)
- 3 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly slice
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- fresh basil for topping

- 1-1/2 lb lean ground beef/ May use chicken
- 1 (16-oz) bag frozen chopped peppers and onions, thawed
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- 2 (1.12-oz) packs fajita seasoning mix
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 (12-oz) can original diced tomatoes and green chilies (Ro-Tel), not drained
