Baked Stuffed Peppers

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 ripe tomato, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 red or green bell peppers, split lengthwise and cleaned
- 1 tablespoon grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup water
Slow Cooker Chicken Stew

Arrange celery, carrots, mushrooms, corn and onion in the bottom of a 5-quart slow cooker
