- 1 pound dried elbow macaroni
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon Diamond Crystal kosher salt or 2 teaspoons table salt
- 4 cups water
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 16 ounces shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 ounces shredded Parmigiano cheese
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups cashew butter (*see notes*)
- 1/4 cup + 1 T maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground vanilla beans or vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 cup almond flour (not almond meal)
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon espresso powder (optional)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life Dark Chocolate Chips)
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/4 cup mashed avocado (as smooth as possible)
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- Flaked sea salt (which I found at Thrive Market!)
oatmeal - Carrot cake baked oatmeal

Mix all ingredients together until well coated and spoon into a greased oven dish
- 2 carrots grated
- 1 tbs chia/flax seed
- 1 cup soy milk (or other vegan milk)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg or ginger
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tbs chopped pecans or walnuts
- 2 tbs dried cranberries (or raisins)
- 2 tbs desiccated coconut
- 1 tbs coconut sugar/rapadura/agave
- Topping- sprinkling of desiccated coconut and coconut sugar

Preheat oven to 350. In a food processor, grind up the beans and cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups cooked black beans or 1 can black beans (If using canned, drain and rinse very well)
- 3/4 cup unsalted almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1/4 cup almonds - roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Beat on low speed until smooth, 2 minutes
- In a medium saucepan, melt together:
- 1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter
- 12 oz. chopped semisweet chocolate (bars)
- Stir frequently over medium heat until smooth. Let cool for 15 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together:
- 1 1/2 cups Gluten Free flour blend
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Using an electric mixer, beat together:
- 1 1/4 cups light brown sugar
- 3 eggs, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons Gluten Free vanilla extract
