Heat a very large skillet over medium-high heat (for this full recipe, it should be a deep 12-inch skillet)
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped red, yellow, orange or green bell pepper (about 1/4-inch pieces)
- 1 cup peeled chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped onion

Poke holes in your sweet potato with a fork, wrap in foil and roast at 425F until soft

- 30 grams Tapioca Flour (about 1/4 cup)

- 2 Tablespoons Melted Coconut Oil (15g)
- 1/4 cup Full Fat Coconut Milk
- 2 Tablespoon Raw Honey (42g)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Cream of Tartar

In a bowl place 1 cup of pitted dates and cover with water
- 1 cup soaked and drained pitted dates,
- 1 cup raw cacao,
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup coconut oil {warmed so that it is liquid}.
- Then come the extras: cinnamon/nutmeg/vanilla all to taste, nuts {I put a few pecans in mine}, and anything else you feel like throwing in. I added chia seeds and flax meal. I also added in 1/2 teaspoon of stevia.
