If using the microwave: combine chocolate, milk, and optional salt in a microwave-safe dish, and heat 50 seconds

- 1/4 c. coconut flour
- 1/2 c. unsweetened, shredded coconut

- 1/4 c. melted coconut oil
- 1 flax egg (1 T. flaxseed meal + 2 T. water, mixed let sit for 5 minutes)
- zest of 1 small lime
- juice of 1 small lime

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
- Cake:
- 3/4 cup hazelnuts, plus extra for garnish
- 1-1/3 cups bittersweet chocolate chips (I use Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Chips)
