ice cream - salted caramel ice cream

In a sauce pan, cook the honey until it reaches the soft boil stage (250 degrees)

- 1/2 cup of honey
- 8 Tablespoons of unsalted butter or ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- ice cream base
- 2 13.5 oz cans of Coconut Milk
- 1 teaspoon and 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt

Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease the bottom and sides of a 8x11 inch baking dish
