brownie - Almond Butter Brownies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Grease a small dish (8×8 or 8×6) thorougly or line bottom of dish with parchment pap
- 1 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp flaxseed + 3 tbsp water or 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup of coconut palm sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup of “Enjoy Life” mega chocolate chunks

Peanut butter chips recipe: Melt the first ingredient if it’s not already liquid
- 4 tbsp virign coconut oil or cacao butter (40g)
- 8 leveled tbsp peanut flour (PB2 or Betty Lou’s) (48g)
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (14g) (For a sugar-free version, replace the maple syrup with 1 extra tbsp oil and stevia drops to taste.)

- Whipped Maple Buttercream Frosting:
- Coconut Flour Cake
- 1 dozen eggs
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup organic maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 2 cups coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- coconut oil for greasing the pan
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 16 ounces grass-fed butter, softened but still cool
- 4 eggs, preferably pasture raised
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup heavy cream (preferably raw and grass-fed)
- dash of sea salt

Line an 8 inch brownie pan with parchment paper both ways, set aside
- 85 g (1/3 cup) Natural Roasted Almond Butter
- 1 cup + 2 tbs Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or "milk" of choice)
- 1 tsp Stevia Extract
- 10 drops Lemon Flavor or Almond Flavor
- 168 g (8 scoops) Vanilla Brown Rice Protein Powder** (I used SunWarrior)
- 60 g (1/2 cup) Oat Flour
- 4 tsp Organic Matcha Powder
- 2-4 oz Dark Chocolate, melted (or Mini Dark Chocolate Chips)

- 1/2 lb. elbow macaroni or small shells
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups grated sharp white cheddar, Gouda, or other meltable cheese
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 slices white or whole wheat bread

1) Set the oven to 350 degrees
- Cake:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour, sifted
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup applesauce with no added sugar
- 1/8 tsp liquid vanilla stevia
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- Lemon Cream:
- 3/4 cup coconut cream (I used fresh pureed coconut meat, but cans that have separated would also work. See HERE for options.)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- Note: The lemon cream is soft from the fridge. If you want the end result to be more set then add another egg.

- 3/4 cup Swerve Sweetener or other erythritol

- 2 tbsp butter
- 3.5 oz high % cacao chocolate bar, chopped

Preheat oven to 350°F and line two large cookie sheets with parchment paper
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, very soft
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats, certified gluten-free if the cookies need to be gluten-free
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- one 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk

- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 11/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup Nutella
- 2 1/2 cups – 3 cups confectioner’s sugar (powdered sugar)
