Ingredients

  • 2

    Tablespoons Coconut Oil

  • 1/4

    cup Applesauce

  • 2

    Tablespoons Ground Flax

  • 1/3

    cup Coconut Sugar

  • 1/3

    cup shredded Coconut

  • 1

    teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

  • 2

    teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1/4

    cup Chopped Walnuts

  • 1/2

    cup Grated Carrots

  • 1

    cup Oats (we used gluten free)

Directions

Mix everything in a bowl, rolls into balls and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes and enjoy! Store covered in the refrigerator.
