Lemon and Garlic Grilled Chicken

Combine all marinade ingredients
- 1 3 1 lemon, approximately 3 tablespoons
- 3 3 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1 2 teaspoon minced garlic, about 2 medium cloves
- 1 1 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 1 to pound chicken breasts (I usually cut really thick chicken breasts down to thin them out and make the pieces a little smaller so they absorb the marinade better)

1. FOR THE DOUGH: Lightly grease a large bowl with cooking spray

- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- ¾ cup warm milk (110°)
- 2 tablespoons sugar, plus 1 tablespoon for sprinkling on top
- 3 large egg yolks (save whites for filling), plus 1 large egg, beaten, for brushing on top
- 2 ½ -3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 packages rapid-rise or instant yeast

- 8 oz fresh or frozen strawberries (I used sweetened strawberries in syrup)
