Dip: Jalapeno Popper Dip

(Note: I usually half or quarter this recipe)
- Topping:
- 6-8 slices of bacon, diced and cooked crispy
- 2 8-oz packages of cream cheese, soft
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 cup cream base (see below)
- 4-6 jalapeno's, chopped and deseeded (the seeds will make it fiery hot)
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup diced green onion or red or yellow
- 1 cup of crushed crackers (Townhouse or Ritz) or cheese crackers

Hawaiian Ham & Cheese Sliders

Sauce: Melt butter in a small skillet over medium high heat
- Sauce:
- 1 package Original Hawaiian 12-pack dinner rolls
- 1 package deli sandwich ham, cut into 12 small squares
- 6 slices Swiss cheese, each cut in half
- 1 small sweet white onion, minced or grated
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (may use a little less)
- More mild sauce:
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
- 1 tsp. poppy seeds
- 2 tsp. onion flakes
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Baked Creamy Chicken Taquitos

Preheat your oven to 425˚F
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup green salsa
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice (juice from half a lime)
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp chopped cilantro

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F
- 3 cups (10.5 ounces) rolled oats (not quick)
- 1 cup (6 ounces) coarsely chopped almonds
- 3/4 cup (3 ounces) sweetened or unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) unsweetened, Dutch-process or dark cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup (2.5 ounces) light or dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, avocado oil or a neutral oil like canola or vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse, kosher salt
- 1-2 cups (6-12 ounces) chocolate chips
