- 1 potato, peeled and quartered (used to make potato water-need 1 cup potato water)
- 2 cups of boiling water
- 1 packet of active dry yeast
- 4 cups of all-purpose flour

- 1/2 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- Cornmeal, to dust cookie sheet
