- 1 stick Margarine, Softened
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Mandarin Oranges, Drained, 1/2 Cup Juice Reserved
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

- FOR THE TOPPING:
- 1 package (4 Oz. Box) Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
- 1 can (20 Oz. Can) Crushed Pineapple, Juice Reserved
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 4 ounces, fluid Frozen Whipped Topping (such As Cool Whip)
- Extra Mandarin Orange Slices, For Garnish
Cotton Soft Japanese Cheesecake

1. Melt cream cheese, butter and milk over a double boiler
- 140 g/5 oz. fine granulated sugar
- 6 egg whites
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 50 g/2 oz. butter
- 250 g/9 oz. cream cheese
- 100 ml/3 fluid oz. fresh milk
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 60 g/2 oz. cake flour /superfine flour
- 20 g/1 oz. cornflour (cornstarch)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Loaded Baked Potato Chowder

This is a quick and simple recipe for potato chowder
- 3 baking potatoes, large (about 2 1/2 pounds)
- 3 1/2 cups milk, divided
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 -3 green onions (with tops)
- 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground
- bacon, chopped and cooked
- sour cream
- broccoli floret, steamed
Potato Sloppy Joe Bake

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15-1/2 ounces) sloppy joe sauce
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
- 1 package (32 ounces) frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
Bourbon Chicken

Heat oil in a large skillet
- 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts; cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil; (1-2)
- 1 garlic clove; crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch; (if thick sauce desired)
Snickers Salad

1.Add instant pudding into mixing bowl and pour in 1 Cup cold milk
- Cool whip
- one package of instant vanilla pudding (small box)
- one cup of milk
- Snickers (frozen or cold - easier to chop)
- green apples (tart, with a little sweet and lots of juicy)
Suppertime Sausage Bake

PREHEAT oven to 350º F
- 1 lb. hot bulk pork sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
- 2 cans (12 fl. oz. each) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
- 8 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups (8-oz. pkg.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 2 green onions (green parts only), sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 cups 1/2-inch cubed Italian or French bread (about 9 slices)
Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake

Directions for Crust Put Oreo cookies and peanuts in a food processor and grind

- 4 1/2 cups Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 1 cup roasted peanuts (chopped)
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- Filling-
- 2 lbs cream cheese (softened)
- 5 eggs (at room temperature)
- 1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- Topping-
- 3 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar

- 2/3 cup saltine cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 15 ounces pineapple chunks in juice -- juice reserved
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper

- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup Pecorino (or Parm)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 egg, whisked
- Zest of half a lemon
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 can (14 ounce) can store bought pizza sauce (such as Don Pepino’s)
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella (a dozen thin slices; to pile on the cheese would be to cancel out the fact that you were virtuous enough to replace fatty beef with lean chicken)
