Turkey Breast with Stuffing and Gravy

- 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 Fresh or Frozen Whole Breast of Turkey (5 lb.), thawed if frozen
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 jars (12 oz. each) turkey gravy
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
Bacon Green Bean Bundles

Tender crisp green beans wrapped in bacon and brushed with a simple brown sugar glaze
- Green beans (about 1 1/2 lbs) 6-8 beans per bundle
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda*
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Adding a little pinch of baking soda to the boiling water keeps the beans a nice bright green rather than that drab boiled green color
Crockpot Lasagna (WW 7pts)

An easy way to have a classic ready when you walk in the door
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes, crushed
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups lowfat mozzarella cheese, shredded (I used WW mozzarella)
- 6 lasagna noodles
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Pork Chops, Ranchy, Slow Cooker

In crockpot layer pork chops
- 4 Boneless pork chops
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 pkt of dry Ranch Dressing Mix
Rhubarb Dessert

Cook rhubarb mixture til thick
- Mix to crumb state:
- 1-1/2 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- In saucepan mix:
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 cup rhubarb, cut up
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease and flour 12-cup fluted tube pan; set aside
- 1 package (18.25 ounces) chocolate cake mix
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- 2 to 3 teaspoons instant coffee granules dissolved in 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup Canola oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon milk
