Cheese & Bacon, Grilled Sandwiches

You can't go wrong with cheese and bacon! These are delicious and can easily be made for a few or a huge crowd!
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 red onions, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 8 slices sourdough or Vienna bread

- 2 pounds beef stew meat, (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 celery ribs, sliced
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 6 oz can tomato paste
- 32 oz beef broth
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 4-5 small red potatoes,cut into bite-sized pieces (about 3 cups)
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup water
Chicken (Crockpot) Sour Cream & Bacon

Place the bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-low heat until some of the fat is rendered
- 8 bacon slices
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 (10 oz) cans roasted garlic cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup flour (all purpose or gluten free blend)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Turkey Rice Casserole

Cook and stir turkey & ham in hot butter until lightly browned
- 2-1/2 cups cooked turkey, cut into strips
- 4 oz. boiled ham, cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups chicken broth or water
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 1 can French Style Cut green beans, drained
- 1-1/2 cups Minute Rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Cabbage & Scalloped Ham Casserole

In a large skillet, saute ham, rice and onion in butter until rice is golden brown and onion is tender
- 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
- 1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 to 4 cups chopped cabbage
Chicken & Dumplings, Crock Pot

- 1 lb of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 cans (10.5oz) Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can (14oz) Chicken Broth
- 1 medium White Onion, diced
- 4 Large Flaky Refrigerator Biscuits (half a can)

- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
- 2 tbsp. chives
- Ketchup and mustard, for dipping
Seasoning Mixes (Dry Onion Soup, Ranch Dressing, Taco Seasoning)

- Dry Onion Soup Mix: 2/3 cup dried, minced onion 3 teaspoons parsley flakes 2 teaspoons onion powder 2 teaspoons turmeric 1 teaspoon celery salt 1 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- Ranch: 5 tablespoons dried minced onions 7 teaspoons parsley flakes 4 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder Mix together and store in an air tight container.
- Taco Seasoning: 1/2 cup chili powder 1/4 cup onion powder 1/8 cup ground cumin 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon paprika 1 tablespoon sea salt

- 1-1/4 cups milk
- 1 cup canola oil
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
