- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, large, chopped
- 2 medium stalks celery, sliced, (about 1 cup)
- 1-1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
- 1 quart homemade stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans chili beans w/sauce
Homemade Rid-Ice for Sidewalks

- Ingredients for Coffee Cake:
- 2 cups packaged baking mix (Bisquick)
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Smucker's® Red Raspberry Preserves
- Ingredients for Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp milk, plus more if needed
Mahi Mahi, Asian Ginger

In shallow glass baking dish, stir together honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, ginger, garlic and 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 Mahi Mahi fillets, thawed
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger root
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Excellent served with steamed jasmine rice and warm bok choy.

- Homemade Sweetened Condensed Milk = 1 can:
- 4 eggs whipped for 2 minutes
- 1 can sweetened condensed Milk
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1 cup Whiskey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
