Zucchini Parmesan Recipe

In a large skillet, saute zucchini in oil until crisp-tender
- 4 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cabbage Sausage Soup

In a Dutch oven, bring broth, cabbage and onion to a boil
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 small cabbage, chopped (about 10 cups)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage, halved lengthwise and sliced
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup milk

- Dry ingredients sifted together:
- 1-1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Cream together:
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Added ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2-1/2 cup oatmeal

Orange Poppy Seed Muffin Recipe

- 1 cup whole-wheat pastry flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking power
- 3 Tbsp poppy seeds

- 1/4 cup canola oil
