In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- 1-1/4 cups butter, softened
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Glazed Salmon With Spiced Carrots

Preheat the broiler. Lightly oil the broiler pan
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for the pan
- 1 pound carrots, thinly sliced
