Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary

Heat oven to 425. Coat baking sheet with non stick spray
- Cooking spray
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lbs potatoes, cut in half or fourths
