BUTTER CINNAMON ROLLS

In large bowl, mix together flour and salt
- Milk Sauce:
- 2 Cups Self Rising Flour
- 1/2 Cup Shortening -
- 1/2 Cup Milk -
- 1 stick (1/2 Cup) Butter, softened (or margerine)
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 Cups milk
- 2/3 Cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Orange Dreamsicle Gobs

Mix together cake mix and soda
- Cookie:
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 cup orange soda
- 1 tsp. dream sicle extract
- Filling:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 5 Tbsp. butter no substitutes
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. dream sicle extract
Baked Oatmeal To Go

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract...
- 2 cups applesauce, unsweetened
- 1 banana, mashed
- 6 packets of Sweetleaf Stevia or 1 1/2 teaspoons stevia powder or use 1/2 cup honey
- 5 cups, Old Fashioned rolled oats {Bob’s Red Mill}
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 3 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 3/4 cups milk
- Optional toppings: raisins, walnuts, chocolate chips
Pecan Upside- Down Cake

- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup dark corn syrup
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
- 1 18 1/4 oz. package butter pecan cake mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
24 Hour Salad

Mix milk, vinegar, and mustard then add other ingredients
- 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed milk ( not evaporated milk)
- 1 cup large grapes, halved
- 1 cup nuts coarsely broken
- 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, including juice
- 1/2 lb. small marshmallows
- 1 pkg. Dream Whip (whipped) or cool whip
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard
State Fair Funnel Cakes

- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 package (3 ounces) raspberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3/4 cup (6 ounces) lemon yogurt
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
