Beary Good Snack Mix

combine all ingredients in large bowl
- 2 cups honey nut cheerios cereal
- 2 cups teddy grahams
- 1 cup honey roasted peanuts
Smiley Fries

Peel potato and boil 15-20 minutes
- large potato
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
- egg
- Small amount of flour for rolling out potato
- waxed paper
- round cookie cutter or even use bottom of glass to cut circles
- straw for eyes

Cheesy Cauliflower Au Gratin

- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 3 oz. velveeta cut up
- 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup post toasties corn flakes
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds

- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 pkg. 2.1oz. ready to serve bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped, divided
- 1cup shredded lettuce
Peanut Butter Bars

Heat oven to 350.Grease/flour 9x13" pan
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup self-rising flour

Beat cheese, vanilla, butter, add sugar beat till just combined
- 1 8 0z. cream cheese (soft)
- 1/2 cup butter (only)

- 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3/4 mini chips
Lasagna Roll-Ups

Spoon onto 8 cooked lasagna noodles and roll up; place in baking dish Top with 3 cup marinara , 1/2 cup shred
- Mix 10 oz chopped spinach
- with 1 cup part-skim ricotta,
- 2 Tbsp basil and 1 egg
Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 3 Sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size cubes
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp of brown sugar (organic) Can also use organic coconut sugar, which has a lowe glycemic index and doesn't cause your blood sugar to spike
- 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp of ground nutmeg
- Pinch of ground ginger
- Sea salt, to taste
Glazed Brussel Sprouts and Carrots

Cook sprouts in a large pot of boiling water for 10 minutes
- 1 lb Brussels sprout ( cleaned and outer leaves removed)
- 1/2 lb babry carrots or whole carrots ( cleaned and sliced 1/8 inch thick)

- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
