TC Mays Sugar Cookie Easter Baskets

Spray 24 mini muffin tin with nonstick spray and preheat oven to 350
- 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough (16.5 oz)
- colored sugar of your choice (found in the cake decorating section)
- green frosting (I bought the kind in a tube to make it easier)
- licorice sticks/twizzlers
- jelly beans
Peanut Butter Eggs

Mix together with hands until thoroughly blended
- 1 lb. (about 3 1/2 cups) powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter or marg, softened
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
School Cafeteria Rolls

Method In a large bowl, mix together the warm water and 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 cups warm water
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 3 (.25 ounce) envelopes active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 10 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Chocolate Chip Cheese Bars

Cut cookie dough in half. Press 1/2 dough into bottom of greased 8 inch pan
- 1 tube refrigerated chocolate
- chip cookie dough
- 1 8oz package cream cheese,softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
Southern Fried Cabbage

Add chopped bacon to a large pot
- 12 oz bacon, diced raw
- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- black pepper to taste
Caramel Apple Dessert

Mix wafer crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9 pan
- 60 Nilla wafers-finely crushed about 2 cups
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 1/4 cups milk, divided
- 1 tub (8oz.) cool whip
- 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding- 3oz.
- 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 1 each red and green apple, chopped
- 1/4 cup planters cocktail peanuts, chopped
Sassy Blue Cheese Potato Topper

- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 5oz. jar blue cheese spread
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
