Brownie Cupcake with Hershey® Bar Icing

Melt chocolate and butter over low heat
- 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 cup butter
- 1-1/2 cups pecans, roasted and chopped fine
- 1-3/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup plain flour
- 4 extra-large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Vegetable Slaw

In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 small head cabbage- shredded
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup broccoli
- 1/2 cup cauliflower
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes- halved
- 1/2 cup chopped peeled cucumber
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 4 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
- 1 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup minced parsley
Baked Mozzarella Bites

- 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 3- 1 oz. sticks string cheese
- 3 tbsp. egg substitute
- cooking spray
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce such as McCutchens
Cream of Peanut Soup

In 3-4 qt. saucepan, melt butter, add celery and onion
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 qts. chicken broth
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup light cream or evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped peanuts
Creamy Caramel Dip

- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- assorted fresh fruit
Bacon Bombs

Cube up the Cheese, and cut each Biscuit into fourths
- 1 can (8ct.) Pillsbury Grands Flaky
- Layers Biscuits
- Cubed Mozzarella Cheese (1-1″ cube
- per Bomb)
- 2 lbs. of Bacon (1 slice per Bomb)
- Sticks
- Oil for frying (I used Canola)
Amish Sugar Cookies

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Ice Cream Layer Cake

Slice the pound cake horizontally into 3 pieces
- 1 pound cake
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 4 large peanut butter cup candies, roughly chopped
- 1 cup chocolate ice cream, slightly softened
- 1/2 cup chocolate candies, such as M and Ms, roughly chopped
- 1 cup chocolate chip ice cream, slightly softened
- Chocolate shell ice cream sauce (the type that hardens), such as Smucker's Magic Shell, for covering the top
DREAMSICLE SALAD

Directions Dissolve jello in 1 c
- 1 - .3 ozs pkg. sugar free orange jello
- 1 - 3 ozs. pkg. sugar free instant vanilla pudding
- 1 - 10 ozs. can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 - 8 ozs. tub fat free frozen whipped topping, thawed
Peppermint Bark Hearts

- 2-boxes or bags miniature candy canes
- (you will need 2 candy
- canes to make one heart)
- my one box of 32 mini candy canes yield 16 hearts.
- 1-24 oz Block Vanilla Almond Bark
