Down Home Pork Chops and Gravy in the Crock Pot

Combine 1st four ingredients in a shallow dish
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 lean boneless pork chops ( 1 in. thick)
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons oil
Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Topping: Add 2 cups boiling water to Jello; mix well
- 2 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 12-ounce Cool Whip
- 1 6-ounce package Strawberry Jello
- 2 cups boiling water 1 -10 ounce bag frozen sliced strawberries
- Whipped cream or Cool Whip for garnishing
Banana Crunch Cake

Make Yellow cake mix as directed on box in a 13x9 greased pan
- 1 boxed yellow cake mix of your choice (I used Pillsbury Golden Yellow}
- and ingredients.. according to cake box.
- 2 boxes of Banana cream Pudding mix
- 1 cup of Crushed Nilla Wafer cookies
- 2 banana sliced
- 4 Cups of milk
- 1 tbs Confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
Homemade Pizzelle

Beat eggs in a mixer adding sugar gradually, until smooth
- 6 eggs
- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour ( I use unbleached)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 TBS pure anise extract
- 1 TBS pure vanilla extract
- juice of one orange
- note: you can also use lemon, anisette, or whatever you like here
- 1 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 4 tsp baking powder

- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
