COMEBACK SAUCE..

Mix all ingredients together and chill for a couple of hours before serving
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Heinz ketchup
- 1/4 Cup Heinz Chili Sauce (not thai chili sauce)
- 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Tabasco Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Hot Spinach Salad

Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels
- 6 bacon strips- diced
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 large red apples, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 9 cups spinach
- 3/4 cup onion
Creamy Spinach and Mushroom Lasagna

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 (15-ounce) package whole milk ricotta
- 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, dived
- 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan, divided
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
- FOR THE SAUCE
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups milk, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Cheesy Potato Soup in the Slow Cooker

- 4 slices bacon
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 5 cups diced peeled russet potatoes (about 5 medium)
- 1 medium stalk celery, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 carton (32 oz) chicken broth (4 cups)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half (I used half skim milk and half whipping cream)
- 1 bag (8 oz) shredded American and Cheddar cheese blend (2 cups, I could find a blend so I used all cheddar. Next time I am gonna try 1 cup Velveeta and 1 cup cheddar)

- 1 lb bow-tie pasta, cooked
- 10 oz package frozen peas
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 cups cooked ham, in julienne strips (1 inch long)
Raisin Carrot Salad

Rinse raisins in hot water, drain; cool and combine with remaining ingredients; chill and serve on crisp lettuce
- 1 cup seedless raisins
- 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- pinch of salt
- dash cayenne
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Chocolate Chip Caramel Cake

In a large mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients
- 1 18oz. white cake mix
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
- Caramel Topping
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2-3 Tbsp. evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- Chocolate Drizzle
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp. shortening
Cream Pie Bars

DOUGH: Mix all ingreadients just until combined
- DOUGH:
- 250 g (0.5 lb or 2 cups) all-purpose flour
- 100 g (3.5 oz or 1/2 cup) sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 170 g (6 oz or 3/4 cup or 1 1/2 stick) butter or margarine
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- FILLING:
- 4 egg whites
- 800 ml (3 1/2 cups) yogurt
- 400 ml (1 3/4 cups) sour cream
- 250 g (0.5 lb or 2 cups) sugar
- 5 heaping Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 lemon – zest
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Pasta Primavera

In a large saucepan, combine the first seven ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup undiluted
- 1 large carrot julienned
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 cups cooked spaghetti

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 4 cups rice cereal
- 1 cup salted peanuts
