Peanut Butter Microwave Fudge

Place sugar, butter and milk in a large mixing bowl
- 1 lb box Confectioners sugar
- 2 T butter
- 1/3 C milk
- 1 C peanut butter
CREAM CHEESE POTATO SOUP

In 3 quart pan combine broth, potatoes and carrots
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 1 c. thinly sliced carrots
- 2 tbsp. minced onions
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. cream cheese, cut up
- 2 c. milk
- 3 c. chicken broth or bouillon cubes, dissolved
Jack 'n Mac

- 10 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup Jack Daniel's
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 cups macaroni, uncooked
- 3 Tbs unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 Tbs Jack Daniel's
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 3 cups cheese
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper

- 2 ounces onion, coarsely chopped, a generous 1/3 cup
- 1 pound fresh Brussels sprouts, about 12 ounces after trimming
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
