- Flour- 3lb
- Salt- 1 tbsp.
- Baking Powder- 1/3 cup
- Milk- 1 1/2 cups
- Water- 1 1/2 cups
- Shortening- 1 1/2 cups
- Butter- 2 sticks
Homemade Soft Pretzels

Combine the water, sugar and kosher salt in the bowl of a stand mixer and sprinkle the yeast on top
- 1 1/2 cups warm (110 to 115 degrees F) water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 22 ounces all-purpose flour, approximately 4 1/2 cups
- 2 ounces unsalted butter, melted
- Vegetable oil, for pan
- 10 cups water
- 2/3 cup baking soda
- 1 large egg yolk beaten with 1 tablespoon water
- Pretzel salt
CrockPot Taco Dip

Cook meat in a pan, drain
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 cup of frozen corn
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- 1/2 cup of salsa
- 1/2 cup of mild taco sauce
- 1 (4oz) can of mild green chilies
- 1 (4oz) can of black olives (drained)
- 1 cup of shredded Mexican cheese blend
- Tortilla Chips
- Sour Cream if desired
Creamy Broccoli & Cheese

- 1 8oz. pkg cream cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 lb. broccoli spears, cooked and drained
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Creamy Ranch Spinach Dip

Mix together, chill and serve
- 1 (1 ounce) packet hidden valley ranch dressing mix
- 1 (16 ounce) containers sour cream
- 1 (10 ounce) boxes frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed tight to drain
- 1 (8 ounce) cans water chestnuts, drained and chopped
Taco Pizza

In a saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 cup water
- 2 12oz prebaked italian bread shell
- 1 can refried beans
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 2 cups coarsley crushed tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 medium tomatoes chopped, optional
- 1 cup shredded lettuce, optional
Ice Cream Sandwich

Cut 1 sandwich in half. Place one whole and 1/2 sandwich along a short side of ungreased 13x9x2 pan
- 19 ice cream sandwiches
- 1 container cool whip- 12oz.
- 1 jar hot fudge topping
- 1 cup peanuts

Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Mix all ingredients well, roll in balls and freeze

- 6 Tbsp melted butter

- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
