Baked Turkey Breasts

1. Put all ingredients but butter, vinegar, and onions into a large reclosable plastic bag
- 8 sprigs thyme
- 4 sprigs sage
- 2 T. spicy mustard
- Rind and juice of one lemon
- The sections of 4 peeled tangerines, each section cut in half
- 1.75 kg boneless, skinless turkey breast
- Two onions, cut into 1/3-in.-thick disks
- 5 T. butter
- 2 T. apple cider vinegar

- 1/2 jalepeno, thinly diced

- Meat:
- 2 c. [200 g] dry brown or green lentils, sorted, rinsed
