BATTER Mix all the ingredients in an 8" by 8" baking dish
- BATTER
- 1 1/2 cups of bread flour
- 2 env. quick rise yeast
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup of very warm water
- 3 tblsp veg. oil
- 1 tblsp chopped garlic
- TOPPING
- 3 cups chopped breaded chicken breasts
- or tenders
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 3/4 roasted red peppers in a jar
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Blueberry Cobbler with Sweet Biscuit Topping

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 6 cups blueberries
- 2 cups blackberries
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Sweet Biscuits
- 3 cups Southern all-purpose flour, such as White Lily 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, diced
- 2/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions 1. For filling, in a large skillet cook ground beef until brown; drain off fat
