- 2 Jumbo eggs (separate yolks from egg whites)
- 1/4 teaspoon Cream of Tarter

Rocky Point, RI Amusement park and they had a great food hall with "the best" Clam Fritters, Clam Chowder, etc
- Dry Ingredients:
- 2-1/2 Cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- Wet Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup clam liquor (juice ???)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 6 ounces chopped clams or quahogs (with juice)
- Other Ingredients Needed: 2 cups peanut oil (I'd use Crisco shortening melted down)

- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 1/2 cup flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- Icing portion of the recipe:
- 2 cup sifted confectioner’s sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 6 tsp. water
- Stir until creamy

- 2 bags diced hashbrown potatoes (frozen)
- 4 cans Cream of Chicken soup (not diluted)
- 16 ounces Fat Free Cottage Cheese

- 1 can green beans
- 1 Kielbasa (chopped fine)
- 1/2 large white onion (chopped fine)

- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Majoram
- 1 Tablespoon dried basil
- 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 Tablespoon oregano
- 1 Tablespoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper
- 1 small onion, very finely chopped
- 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce of your choice
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large egg, beaten (optional)
