  • Note: Cook the Lemon pudding first so it can cool while baking the cake.
  • 4 Egg whites
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Cream of Tarter

  • 1-1/2 Pounds Fingerling potatoes (uncooked, not peeled & cut into 1/2" pieces)
  • 1/3 Cup Half and Half
  • 1-3/4 Cups milk
  • 2 Pounds fresh cod (cut into 1" pieces) (or use white fish of your choice)

  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 2 Medium size onions (chopped)
  • 1 Pound Linguico (sliced & slices halved)
  • 5 Cups chicken broth
  • 1 Pound fresh Kale (washed, stems discarded, shredded into small pieces)
  • 1 Can Campbell's Bean with Bacon soup
  • 1 Can water (use soup can)
  • 1 Can White Northern Beans (rinse well)
  • 3 Large Russett potatoes (cubed)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 8 medium shrimp, shelled and ground
  • 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine or 1 tablespoon dry sherry
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped scallion
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
  • 24 wonton wrappers
